Q:  Is Optibac Every Day appropriate to use during Pregnancy?
A:  Yes, Optibac Every Day can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 

Q:  Are there age restrictions on the Optibac Every Day?
A:  It is suitable for anyone over the age of 4. It is also fine for the elderly

Q:  Do I have to keep Optibac Every Day refrigerated?
A:  Optibac Every Day would not need to be kept in the fridge before opening. However, after you have opened it, our recommendatio is that it is refrigerated with the lid kept shut tightly.

Q:  Why is Optibac Every Day likely to be more suitable than cultured yoghurty drinks?
A:  Yoghurt drinks often have a very high sugar content, in many cases with comparable sugar levels to that in soft drinks. This can be counterproductive to the good live bacteria. Moreover, the lower levels of bacteria in many of those products mean that you would need to consume litres of it to get the same effect. That certainly does not sound like fun!

Q:  Can I overdose on this?
A:  Virtually impossible! Each capsule of Optbac Every Day contains 5 billion bacteria, whilst the average gut has 100 trillion bacteria!
