Usage

One capsule to be taken every day, preferably with your breakfast and plenty of water. 

Try to avoid taking your daily dose within 30 minutes of drinking coffee and hot drinks, as they may effect the absorption.

Q:  Does this have to be refrigerated?
A:  Keep it in the fridge if you can. However, you can keep it in a cool place for a period of time. Just keep it away from heat / direct sun. 

Q:  Can I freeze these probiotics?
A:  Yes, that’s a perfectly fine way to extend this products lifespan.

Q:  Do I have to finish the whole bottle after a course of antibiotics?
A:  You should take them for a period of time after antibiotics until you experience no stomach problems. However, it’s perfectly healthy to continue taking the product on an ongoing basis – many of our clients do so for gut health and general wellbeing. 

Q:  Is Udo's Choice Super 8 Probiotics better than probiotic yoghurts?
A:  Those yoghurts typically contain a high level of sugar – which can encourage the growth of unhealthy pathogens. Our probiotics also contain a more concentrated dose – you’d need to drink 3 litres of yoghurt probiotics to receive the same benefits! For obvious reasons, this isn’t recommended.

Q:  Can I overdose on this?
A:  With a normal gut containing over 100 trillion bacteria, and one capsule containing 31 billion – it’d be nearly impossible.

The 8 probiotic strains in the capsultes are:

45% - HA-122 - Lactobacillus acidophilus 
25% - HA-111 - Lactobacillus rhamnosus
10% - HA-114 - Lactobacillus rhamnosus 
7% - HA-119 - Lactobacillus plantarum
6% - HA-132 - Bifidobacterium bifidum
3% - HA-108 - Lactobacillus casei
3% - HA-135 - Bifidobacterium longum
1% - HA-118 - Lactobacillus salivarius 

The capsules are vegetarian, having been formed in a micro-crystalline base of cellulose as well as ascorbic acid and magnesium stearates
