As a dietary supplement and for moderate vitamin deficiency
Adults and youngsters over the age of 15 years old – take 10ml (i.e two 5ml teaspoons) every day

A: Take once daily (2tsp for adults and 1tsp for children). You can dilute this in boiled cooled water if desired.
Q: What makes omega 3 so important?
A: Omega 3 is a fatty acid that the body can’t produce. However, it’s essential to the functioning of brain, heart and body in its entirety.
Q: Do I have to eat fish as well as this supplement for health?
A: It is recommended. While fish contains omega 3 and this contains omega 6, it’s recommended to achieve a good balance between both fatty acids.
