A:  We recommend keeping it in the fridge whilst you can, however it is fine to keep it in a cool place when being transported. The main thing is to keep it out of direct heat and sunlight.

Q:  Can I keep these pro biotics in the freezer?
A:  Yes, you can! This will maintain their viability.

Q:  Do I have to finish the whole bottle of Udo's Choice Super 8 Probiotics if I am taking it following a course of antibiotics?
A:  We would suggest that you take them during and for a sufficient time after the antibiotics / illness until you no longer feel that you have any stomach issues.  Many people take Udos Choice Super 8 on an ongoing basis to benefit the general wellbeing and overall digestion, so you may want to consider this.

Q:  Why should I choose Udo's Choice Super 8 Probiotics over probiotic yoghurt drinks?
A:  Yoghurt drink tend to have very high amounts of sugar to create their taste (often more than cola!)  This can feed candida and other nasty pathogens, which in abundance can weaken immunity (making the probiotic pointless!). Furthermore, to achieve the same strength of probiotic as one capsule, you would need to often drink litres of the yoghurt, which we certainly would not recommend!

Q:  Can I overdose on probiotics
